We undertake a wide range of new build construction projects including residential developments (from single houses to small estates), commercial buildings (offices, retail units, industrial premises), and mixed-use developments. We work as main contractors or subcontractors depending on project requirements, and handle everything from groundworks and foundations through to final fit-out and handover.

What are your typical project timescales?

Project timescales vary depending on size and complexity. A typical three-bedroom house takes approximately 16-20 weeks from foundation to completion, whilst larger residential developments or commercial buildings may take 6-12 months or more. We provide realistic programme schedules during the tender process and maintain regular progress reporting throughout construction to ensure projects stay on track.

Do you handle Building Regulations and compliance?

Yes, we manage all aspects of Building Regulations compliance including liaison with Building Control, arranging inspections at required stages, and ensuring all work meets current building standards. We also handle CDM compliance, health & safety management, and coordination with statutory authorities. Our experienced team ensures all necessary certifications and documentation are provided at completion.

What insurance and warranties do you provide?

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance (£2 million), employers’ liability insurance, and professional indemnity cover. All our new build work comes with a 12-month defects liability period during which we rectify any issues at no cost. We can also arrange NHBC or similar warranty schemes for residential developments when required by clients or mortgage providers.

How do you manage health & safety on site?

Health & safety is our top priority on every project. We have a comprehensive H&S management system including risk assessments, method statements, and regular toolbox talks. All our operatives hold relevant CSCS cards and receive ongoing safety training. We conduct regular safety inspections and maintain detailed accident/incident records. Site welfare facilities and security are established at project commencement.
